Italian actress Monica Bellucci looks stunning in the new editorial published by SModa, the Spanish style magazine of El PaÃs. In the long interview, Bellucci considers herself as a feminist and as an agnostic. “Maybe it’s due to the fact that I was raised catholic,” she says.
A few weeks ago, Monica Bellucci launched a new make-up collection by Dolce & Gabbana. What memories does she associate with make-up? “I remember my grandmother who always put on some lipstick before she went to church on Sunday. I loved to see that moment she dedicated to herself.”
When asked about her long-time relationship with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, she says: “When I’m with them, I don’t have the impression to be working. It’s a game. In the last campaign we did together, we took inspiration from the Italian movie divas of the 50’s and 60’s. I became an actress because I got inspired by those great women.”
