The biggest regret of this Haute Couture Week in Paris? Not having attended Georges Hobeika’s show. He’s one of my four favourite couture designers. But I have the perfect excuse: My team and I are stuck in Switzerland, working on a huge project we’re going to launch in ten days. So stay tuned 😉
Lebanese designer Georges Hobeika presented a breathtakingly beautiful haute couture collection. He took his inspiration from a fantasy where silence is golden and a forest of illusions enchants.
The dress manifests itself in hybrid form, as bright structure blends with botanical beauty. Leaves finely embroider organza on delicate lace, and white jackets bloom in multicolored leaflets or with the fluidity of tone on tone. The collection is a tribute to purity, its color palette is nature’s blend of pastel powder pink, lemon yellow, peach, pistachio.
