Turkish designer Arzu Kaprol is going to present her spring/summer collection 2013 on the international closing night of the Fashion Days Zurich, Switzerland’s most important fashion event of the year, on November 7, 2012.

Arzu Kaprol is one of Turkey’s leading fashion designers. She was born in Bursa (Western Turkey) in 1972. She graduated from MSU-Istanbul Fashion and Clothing Dept. in 1992. In 1994, she studied at Paris American Academy. In 1995, she established her brand and was able to finance it with several awards she had won, especially the prestigious Beymen prize. After signing a license agreement with luxury group Beymen, Arzu Kaprol was able to expand a strong retail presence. She opened five mono brand shops in Turkey.

In March 2011, she presented her first collection in Paris at the Palais Royal during Paris Fashion Week. The Arzu Kaprol PAP collection continued to expand internationally and in July 2011 she started to work with the department store Harrods in London. She designs two prêt-à-porter and two atelier collections a year.

For the 25th anniversary of amfAR Arzu Kaprol produced 7 red couture outfits to represent the official red ribbon at MOMA in New York in June 2011. Today, she sells her collections in Istanbul, Bursa, Antalya, Paris, London, Milan, New York, Hongkong, Saudi Arabia, Cairo and Kuwait. With the Atelier collection she has already dressed celebrities such as Meg Ryan, Kelly Rowland and Gisele Bündchen.
